Great home to enjoy for our family of 10. Comfortable beds and kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. The coffee bar was nice, many options of coffee and tea. The teenagers enjoyed the pool and ping pong table and the kareoke machine. Highly recommend!

The house was nice and clean, lots of room for everybody! The hosts responded very quickly with any questions and talked to me until we were able to figure it out. I would like to go back during the summer while the pool is open sometime!! They even put up a Christmas tree and decorations for us!

We visited with family to attend a Des Moines University event. A great place in good proximity to various different places we wanted to go to. Kelsey was as awesome host and communicated very clearly. House was well furnished and decorated to feel right at home. Would definitely recommend for families visiting Des Moines area.

We are a family of 12 (8 adults and 4 kids under 6) who were fortunate enough to gather here for a mini reunion of sorts over Labor Day. The house was spotless, well appointed and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was clean and thankfully warm enough to enjoy despite recent rain. There were thoughtful touches like lots of toys for the pool and locks on the tops of the sliding doors to the pool deck (that made everyone feel better about kid safety). We played games, played in the pool and enjoyed some great meals. There was space for the kids to play downstairs and enough room on the large sectional upstairs for all the adults to enjoy at the same time. We appreciated the plentiful pool towels too.
Everyone e enjoyed the place and would be happy to return here again.

This house was amazing! It was perfectly furnished and decorated with so much thought put into everything. Can fit a lot of people with comfortable beds. The pool was so amazing!! Would recommend to anyone! š

Twelve of us - Ranging in age from 19-80 had the best long weekend in this cute Airbnbā¦kitchen was well stocked and so many little touches that made this extra comfortable We are all familiar with this area so it was fun visiting our favorite restaurants and shops. Highlight for some might have been jumping off the dock where Grandpa used to keep his boatā¦thanks for giving us a place to make more memories.

Highly recommend. Perfect house set up for multiple families with kids. The basement playroom with pool, ping pong, popcorn machine and two tvs was great. The fire pit outside for sāmores, the grill with dining table on the porch and more chairs to hangout below the deck was very helpful. The two bathrooms had a lot of space and plenty of towels, extra shampoo, a blow dryer, etc. Would come back here again.
